If you need to cancel your Conference registration, please contact CIASTD chapter services at (317) 841-1395 or ciastd@mprecords.com.
All refunds that meet the following criteria will be issued within 4 weeks after the conclusion of the Conference:
• 100%
of your Conference registration fees will be refunded if your cancellation
is received
by October 31, 2010
• No refunds will be issued if you cancel after October 31, 2010
• No refunds will be issued for NO shows
• All refunds will be issued by check.
